I'm confident that there are many who I've added to my fundraising pipeline that I forgot to add to my contact list in Wix for my newsletter distribution. For example, half the men in Pakistan have first name Mohammad. You call them by their middle name since if you just say "Mohammad" half the men in the room think you are talking to them. But you don't want to get rid of the information about their full name for formal stuff like the PACT.

Quick feedback on bulk email sending. We're on dedicated SendGrid infrastructure via Decile, and a recent send to ~11k recipients took 11 hours. That's roughly 1,000/hour, which effectively caps us at one send per day to the full database.
A few issues:
1. SendGrid's v3 mail/send endpoint has no meaningful infrastructure rate limit — it supports up to 10,000 requests/second. The throttle is being imposed by Decile, not by SendGrid.
2. Our domain (teamignite.ventures) is fully warmed: SPF/DKIM/DMARC passing, 10/10 mail-tester score. Deliverability protection isn't the constraint either.

Can you please decide whether the system uses pipelines or funnels and have it use just one of them? Right now the use of pipeline in some places and funnels in others is confusing. Or if there is a difference between a pipeline and a funnel please explain it and make it clear.

I uploaded a call transcript through POST /api/v1/files, but it appears as a generic file in Decile Files / Unfiled rather than as an attachment on the relevant person or pipeline prospect.
Use case: attach a transcript, diligence note, or meeting document directly to an investor prospect/person record, so it appears inside that record’s entry.
I tried passing likely association fields such as person_id, pipeline_prospect_id, pipeline_id, and attachable_type/attachable_id, but the file remained unassociated.
Is there currently an API-supported way to attach an uploaded file to a person or pipeline prospect? If not, could this be added to the API/MCP roadmap?

Core need:
We often work with multiple stakeholders tied to a single “primary” contact, and need a structured way to ensure consistent communication across that group.

- Jane is Barry’s assistant and should be CC’d on all communications by default so she can triage.
- In other cases, Barry and Bob are both decision-makers, and Bob should also be CC’d on every email.
Current gap:
Right now, there’s no clean way to associate additional contacts with a primary contact such that they are automatically included in outbound communication. This creates manual overhead and increases the risk of missing key stakeholders.

There are frequently times where I'd like to send a casual email to my LPs. The template {first_name} variable ends up producing text like "Dear STRATATRUST_23423, ". It would be really helpful to be able to address the primary contact directly, by first name.

I work with two 4K monitors. I want to keep two (maybe more!) DecileHub tabs open at once. For example, one at the pipeline working through my tasks for today and one that I can use to search for someone and update or send an email, etc. when someone messages me on WhatsApp or sends me an email.
I cannot do that right now because when I search for someone in the second tab my filter in the first tab also changes.

I'm impersonating an LP on Decile Pro, and I'd like to suggest that a list of fund documents be displayed under the My Fund summary. The folders shown should be organized just like I have them in my VDR to make it easy to find documents on fund financials, portfolio companies, tax, etc. When I click on My Fund, I see there is a news section. How do I update this as a fund manager? How do I update the events section? In addition to the Increase Commitment button, it would be great to have a button to allow LPs to share my fund with their friends in one click.

When you see that red trashcan next to the paperclip you assume it will delete the attachment. Instead it deletes the entire template with no warning, no confirmation, etc.

I'm using your MCP server integration with Claude Code and ran into an issue with two tools that appear to have a payload wrapping bug.
Issue
When calling create_or_update_person or create_or_update_prospect, the API returns a 400 error indicating a missing or invalid wrapper parameter.
Tool 1: create_or_update_person
- Error: {"error":"param is missing or the value is empty or invalid: people"}
- The API appears to expect the person's data wrapped in a people key, but the MCP tool sends the fields as flat parameters.
Tool 2: create_or_update_prospect
- Error: {"error":"param is missing or the value is empty or invalid: prospects"}
- Same issue — the API expects a prospects wrapper, but the MCP tool does not apply it.
Steps to Reproduce
- Call create_or_update_person with valid fields (id, first_name, last_name, email)
- Observe 400 response: param is missing or the value is empty or invalid: people
- Call create_or_update_prospect with valid pipeline_id and people array

Expected Behavior

I have a feature request for Custom PACT links. Can you do something to make it less trivial for the recipient to see/change the min PACT investment number? There's some gamesmanship for us in setting the minimum at one value and the UI low at a higher number to try to pull their investment up. Many of our LPs are technical, so it's super obvious for them to see our actual minimum and change it. Doing something like hashing the params or using a redirect URL would do the trick.

It would be great to put password protection options on the files when sharing the link, and also for you to be able to share a single link to a file without having to create a separate folder (and not providing access to an entire data room).

I'd like to be able to have a dashboard showing the top 10 LP prospects, with an indicator of where they are in the sales pipeline. Data, such as the number of visits on a file, duration of visits to a file, clicks on a newsletter, number of emails opened, etc., would drive the dashboard to prioritize the top 10.

While I am happy to continue testing the AI deal memo generator, I have way too many items to note on the UX of this feature to put them here in a useful structure.
Can we please provide an ability to have the AI generate its answers to questions but keep it hidden so that the humans can actually do the diligence, cross-check with the AI's response, and then consolidate it for the memo?
OR
Allow for the AI to slurp in files from humans who did the diligence and then provide a memo to answer the questions (instead of scraping info and potentially hallucinating).
In this user story, for example, 3 individuals do their diligence and put their notes into google docs or spreadsheets answering all questions listed in the deal memo. Once everyone submits their work, then an admin can generate the memo.
Right now the generated memo is inadequate or inaccurate, and I feel like in Health/MedTech that's going to kill us more than in other verticals.

Feature request. Allow founders to upload more than one file with ease. Currently it is possible only if you select multiple files simultaneously when submitting.

Small feature requests:
1. Being able to bulk change other fields, namely newly created string fields. I created a few new fields and would like to quickly setup my table, but I need to be manually changing hundreds of fields

DecileHub Hack/Workaround: If you have the problem of scrolling through contacts (ex: Directory) and you have more than 250 people and you get stuck at 250 people, and at the top of the window you see something like "250 Shown", a work-around that will let you scroll down further is to scroll left across the columns until you get to the first columns and then it will load another 250 so it will then say "500 shown." If you get to 500 and it gets stuck again, follow the same instructions and you can eventually see everyone, after you do this for all batches of 250 people

Bug with AI chat: once we enter something in the chat, the text of it still remains after hitting enter, which forces the user to have to erase the previous prompt before asking the following up question/prompt. It may be the New UI glitch. Also I would add something like thinking while generating a response.

I'm not sure where to report this "legal" bug, but the Management Company SLA agreement has typos in Section 5.
Section 5 mentions Section 2 four times, such as...

Those references to Section 2 should be to Section 3 instead.
