I'm getting this error when adding people to an event.  There is not a setting in the email template to turn off.  Error(s): | Emails with AI generation must be human reviewed, they can't currently be sent via automation. To fix this error, turn off the 'Enable Send-time AI generation' setting on the email template.

They may be a bug in the newsletter code generation embedded images when displayed on Android. Can I forward an email to someone or let's hope on a call to show you? I don't want to post it publicly as it has information from our fund. 

But basically when you open the email in the gmail android app. The whole email takes about 20% of the screen in the center and the only way to see it is by zooming in. 

Do note our old newsletter do not have this issue nor the preview emails have this issue it only shows up after we did the mass invite. (I hope most of our LPs and on computers or iPhones :D)

A good feature is a cc option when onboarding a client. It is very common for people to add their family office/assistants to the loop so they know/have access to the platform. it should be a 'side- kick' kind of access.

Profile Pictures: Anyone else having trouble to change the profile picture of LPs or entrepreneurs? it used to be simple on the previous version. Its useful for events and when creating material to share.  @Woody Butler

When sending a Newsletter, we are facing a few issues:
  1. Unique Opens: for example, if we sent 27 people, we always get Unique Opens as 27, which is a bit odd.
  2. Content & Settings: in the To: section if we want to send the same Newsletter to another group we are unable to change the drop down menu and send the duplicate content to another group in the To: section we have to copy and paste the Newsletter and send it to other groups is there a way to duplicate the Newsletter it would make it easier for us to send it to other groups.

I’m having trouble accessing the Monozukuri Hub.

Sabrina Sasaki sent me an invitation (she even shared a screenshot confirming it was sent), but I haven’t received anything on my side — not in my inbox, not in spam.

Email used: yac.koriche@gmail.com

I have double-checked that the spelling is correct. I have not received any emails from Decile Hub at all. Because of this issue, I’m unable to start the work assigned for my residency.

Could you please help me resolve this ?

Hello, if you have an event or newsletter, are you only allowed to send 500 contacts a day? For funnels, if you have, let's say, 1000 contacts and you want to automate an email, can you send it to all 1000 at once?

Good morning,

I have a PACT signer that got the automation email inviting them to setup their profile in Hub.   When they tried, they got a "sample profile" and weren't able to edit it.    I see this person already has an prospect record on file showing the outreach and response trail through PACT signing and thank you emails.  The link they are clicking uses their profile email as their login so that doesn't seem to be the issue.   Not sure how to help them or what I need to configure to allow them to see their own profile rather than a sample profile.   Thanks for the help!

Feedback on tags and column views:
  1. When slurping in a prospect using the plugin with LinkedIn, I think it is bringing in text as is which then gets parsed into single words. So now we have tags like 'and angel investor'. So I think during intake, the delimiter should be smarter to avoid these stray tags.
  2. This may be only a power user move but I'd like for there to be 'rename tags' ability to consolidate all tags that are similar - 'angel' 'Angel' 'Angel investor', or every tag that I select.
  3. The column view that I save seems to persist only in an unfiltered view. So, for ex, if I select a tag so as to show all prospects associated with that tag, then the saved column view is not honored. This is inconvenient.

Hello support, My email integrations are not working ( either gmail or microsoft) I am unable to respond to received mails from the website  integrated email and keep getting an error saying "This was a reply to an existing email, but we couldn't find an existing discussion with the email address"

I'm trying to "Send Email" to an LP in our Closing Funnel but the "Send Email" button isn't showing up for him. I suspect that might be because his email address wasn't captured when I used the Hub Extension to scrape from LinkedIn. I can't figure out how to add his email. Or is there some other reason why the "Send Email" button for him isn't showing up?

I received an email to update my info for K1. In the profile section, I was asked to add calendar URL. What is the calendar URL? Do you want google calendar? Second, when I submit the update - with and without google calendar URL -  I received 500 Internal error server and the message 'Please report this error in the Hub Support Channel and reference this error ID:
353c77a6-f6ff-42d6-8bf6-b0e51b0de29b' . How can I fix the problems.

Hi Hub Team, I just moved a large chunk of my active fundraising pipeline to the newly set up Fund II pipeline. But when I go into the Fund II pipeline, it kicks me right back into the Fund I pipeline. So I'm unable to see the pipeline at all. Can someone help me figure out where this pipeline went and how to restore it?

Just a quick technical question re: PACTS - which we still love using!
What's the best place to find our current general PACT link that can be sent to multiple investors at once (not a custom individual PACT link)?
Is there a way to ensure that the general PACT link can be used multiple times by different investors without showing up as if it was already filled in by an investor who used it once?
For example, we were using this URL as the general link:
However, once an LP filled it out recently, when I go to that link now it just shows that LPs name rather than the general landing page.
I want a link that just shows this every time for any new investor:

Instead, this is what I see since an investor filled out the PACT recently:

I've used that link for multiple prospective investors and am concerned that they won't be able to fill out the form since it will show the form as already filled out by this one investor. Can you please advise where I can find a general link that can be sent to multiple investors at once and will show the same general PACT form for each of them even if one of them fills it out? Thanks so much!

I was going to use the Data Room, but [Shared LP Files / Fund / Shared] says "All documents in this folder and its descendants will be shared with all LPs in this fund via Decile Pro."  And then when I look into Decile Pro it says "Decile Pro is currently only available to firms that are formed with Decile Launch and powered by Decile Partners - it's not available to all Decile Hub users."  So that basically means Data Room isn't available to the majority of Decile Base users?  Please clarify.  If I'm incorrect, please tell me how to navigate this.

Hi!

We have an issue with settings. Perhaps a misunderstanding of a setting "set variable" led us to a problem. Now all leads are marked as "overdue" from the very beginning.
I'd like to remove "set variable" from the flow, but it can't be saved. The AI assistant told me to reach out to you as there is a system blocker for some reason.



It led us to a situation, where we have hundreds of "overdue" leads which aren't so.

If we change manually (takes time) we can solve the problem with current leads. But there will be more leads to come. We want to solve the issue.

Could you please help?
