, I am getting emails triggered to my Gmail account and not my company account (new email), which is mapped to Decile Hub (under the Email/Password page). How do i fix this?

Hi Amiya, can you clarify exactly what you mean by "triggered"? Are you referring to emails sent? Or emails sent from Hub that then later a prospect replies to?
I see you have integrated your gmail "amiysriv@gmail.com", so emails will be sent from that gmail account.

If you would like to disconnect that and integrate with a different gmail account, you can edit this under "Integrations" in the top right.
Got it, thanks Woody, disabled the Gmail account under  integrations, will test and see if my company account is getting used to send and recieve emails now.
Hub can only send emails from the emails you have integrated with. 
If you haven't integrated with gmail/outlook, our hub mail servers will send the email, and we'll set the reply-to header as your user's email.
