I am having issues with my email. I know you might not be able to help, but I couldn't figure it out online. My sent emails are going to SPAM. I tried changing DKIM and authentication, but no luck. Please let me know if Decile can help in this. Thanks

Decile Group cannot help with improving your email domain's reputation, no. I'd recommend slowly building email reputation via organic messages over time.
With brand-new domains (even paid ones from gmail and outlook) we see that the default reputation can be low, and emails that are asking people to invest money are always at high risk of being flagged as spam.
