I'm experiencing a technical issue with the deal memo for Status and StatusPro (created today and yesterday, 2/25/26 2/26/26) in my Decile Hub account.

Issue: The "Write with AI" button is not appearing on the deal memo, even though I normally see it on other deal memos. I've attached materials to the deal memo and need the AI to help populate the answers, but the button is missing.

What I've tried:
- Refreshed the page multiple times
- Cleared browser cache
- Tried a different browser

Can you please investigate why the AI button isn't appearing and help me get this resolved? I need to move forward with this deal memo.

Thanks for the detailed report and for already trying those troubleshooting steps! We'll look into why the "Write with AI" button isn't appearing on those deal memos and get back to you as soon as we have more information.

Hi Olivier, right now we are temporarily disabling our AI tools on the deal memo for VI due to a huge surge in usage. You may need to use other AI tools (e.g. chatgpt) for the time being.
