Great question! In Decile Hub, stages represent the logical steps a prospect (potential investor) follows through your fundraising pipeline. Here's a quick breakdown:

  • Prospects are the people or organizations being managed in your pipeline
  • Stages are the sequential steps they move through, starting from being added, through various communication steps, all the way to Closed or Declined
  • Actions/Tasks within each stage define what happens at that step, such as sending an email and waiting for a response before moving to the next stage

A few helpful notes:

  • Prospects can move automatically between stages based on actions they take, like clicking a link in an email or signing a PACT
  • After a PACT is signed, the prospect automatically moves to the Closing stage by default
  • Stage automation can be customized in your PACT settings
  • All stages and actions are fully configurable to match your fundraising process

If you are asking about a specific pipeline or stage name you are unsure about, feel free to share more details and we can help clarify!

I am talking in the deal flow
Hey Marlon, if you ask "what does each stage in dealflow mean?" in our AI search at the top, it should give a solid answer for this.
