So having trouble with my automation. After a PACT is signed, the "SEND LPA" button on the LP record is greyed out and the hover info says "this person is already in the closing pipeline". When I check their activity, they haven't been sent an LPA onboarding email. Not sure how to address or what I'm missing with respect to the automation (as it is configured for my fund backend). Thanks in advance.

, sending LPAs is one step in the closing process. To see your closing pipeline, you can go to Back Office -> Capital Accounts -> LP Closing.
You will see a few prospects are in the first stage, "Send LPA and Investor Onboarding Questionnaire", which has an action to send the 1a onboarding email.

Ok so the LP did a previous pact using his email then submitted a different pact under his trust but using the same email. Now I have him in closing from the first pact and it doesn’t show him in closing from the second pact. This also apparently have prevented him from creating a decilepro login.
Need some backend help here. Thanks!

If your LP hasn't signed the onboarding form yet, they can go ahead and do so. When filling it out, they can do so and choose however they'd like to invest, whether by trust, individual, etc. Just request him to keep using the same consistent email address, mixing those can lead to some issues here.
If this LP has signed the LPA already, then we can reset that and they can re-sign.
Note: If the LP is coming in for 2 different investments under different vehicles, you will need to tag us, specifically

Regarding the note of them being unable to sign up for Decile Pro, I suspect this may be more related to having already signed up or registered, but we'll get it figured out for sure.
