Hey Rolfe, you can forward any email into a Hub pipeline, that should accomplish what you're trying to do if I understand correctly. If you go to a pipeline, and click the envelope icon, it will display a pipeline/funnel-specific email address that you can forward/bcc anything to. That will process the text in the email (thread) and create or update a prospect for that person.
