Since the error is persisting across multiple browsers and email accounts, this looks like something our engineering team will need to dig into on the backend. I've flagged this for the support team to investigate.
In the meantime, a couple of things that might help:
If you need to send LPAs urgently while we sort this out, you may be able to send them manually outside the platform temporarily so you're not blocked.
Could you share a bit more detail to help us troubleshoot faster?
- What email provider are you trying to connect (Gmail, Outlook, other)?
- Is the error message visible in the screenshot you attached? (It looks like it may not have come through on our end)
