Hello!  Trying to connect my email to the platform and I get an error message.  Tried on different browsers.  Tried with different email accounts.  Got this same error message each time.  Help please! Trying to send out LPAs and this is a blocker.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out, and sorry you're running into this snag, especially when you're ready to send out LPAs!

Since the error is persisting across multiple browsers and email accounts, this looks like something our engineering team will need to dig into on the backend. I've flagged this for the support team to investigate.

In the meantime, a couple of things that might help:

  • Log out and log back in to Decile Hub, then try reconnecting your email again
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then attempt the connection

If you need to send LPAs urgently while we sort this out, you may be able to send them manually outside the platform temporarily so you're not blocked.

Could you share a bit more detail to help us troubleshoot faster?
- What email provider are you trying to connect (Gmail, Outlook, other)?
- Is the error message visible in the screenshot you attached? (It looks like it may not have come through on our end)

We'll get this resolved for you as quickly as possible!

No actual error message - just what I shared 
Hey Rolfe, I'm sorry that we don't have a better answer here, the only help I have here is to:
1. Make sure you are going directly to  https://decilehub.com/user/connected_accounts and retry connecting from there.

2. Retry in a few hours if that fails. We frequently see spurious issues on this integration, so you may have success here with the same actions, just a few hours later.
