A couple of things to check:

Data room permissions - The most likely issue is that the data room isn't set to allow public access or this LP specifically. In your data room settings, check the "Allow viewers" dropdown and make sure it's set to allow anyone with the link, or add your LP's email address directly. If permissions are too restrictive, Hub will redirect visitors instead of showing the data room.

The subscription/wire prompt - This sounds like your LP may have accidentally landed in the LP investor portal onboarding flow (for signing LPAs and wiring capital) rather than the data room viewer. These are two different things in Hub. You'll want to make sure the link you're sharing is specifically the data room link, not the LP portal link.

To get the correct data room link: click the paperclip icon next to your data room folder name in Hub, which will copy the shareable URL.

Once you've confirmed the right link and permissions are open, have your LP try again in a fresh browser or incognito window.
