Hi changed the currency under Settings to INR from USD. How can i revert to USD?

Also, now that i have changed the currency to INR, how can I edit existing investor's hard commitments to INR from USD on Decile Hub as it still shows USD numbers?

Hi Rachna, I can make this change on the backend to revert to USD. Would you like me to do so?

You can't directly edit investor's hard commitment numbers. If you need to, you could download the pact file, delete it in Hub, and then use the manual PACT upload feature, which will let you write in the PACT amount of your choosing.
Hello @Woody Butler
thanks for your patience on this. Please do change it back to USD for the purpose of VC Lab evaluation. Once they have evaluated me, I will then change it back to INR. Many thanks!
I can do that. I'll let you know that our team can also convert the values themselves from INR to USD for evaluation, if this is all just for the accelerator evaluation.

Would you still like me to make the change?

Also, friendly reminder you'll need to enable decile admin access to your account for our team to perform the evaluation, you can do that under Settings -> Assistant
Thanks @Woody Butler
Now that the review is over, can you please change this back to INR? I am unable to see a drop down menu (which was earlier visible) to change the denomination myself
@Woody Butler
I have two more concerns:
1. I an unable to share individual file links from folders under "Internal Firm Files" and "Shared LP Files"
2. Also, i am unable to share link of an excel workbook uploaded on the hub in general

Let me know how this works.

Best,
Rachna
Hi Rachna, I've just updated your account back to INR.

1. I an unable to share individual file links from folders under "Internal Firm Files" and "Shared LP Files"
Yes, this is by design. Files under "Internal Firm Files" will never be accessible outside you and your teammates on your account. For files under "Shared LP Files", these will be relevant when using our back office and investor portals, which are used by Start Funds and Decile Partners. There will be 1 folder automatically generated closed investor, and 1 shared folder, and those files will be available to investors while in Decile Pro, our investor portal.

2. Also, i am unable to share link of an excel workbook uploaded on the hub in general
Could you give me a bit more context on this one? You should be able to upload any file type, even if it's not previewable, to Hub. In the case the file isn't previewable, the user will be able to simply download the file.

THIS FILE IN IN ONE OF THE FOLDERS IN STANDARD FILES. HENCE LIKE I CAN SHARE A LINK TO PDF FILE, I AM UNABLE TO SHARE A LINK TO EXCEL WORKBOOK. TRUST THIS CLARIFIES
Hi Rachna, I see this confusion is caused by display actually. If you zoom out, or scroll to the right, you will see a link to the individual file under "Copy URL"
Thanks  @Woody Butler
I now see the "Copy URL" button when I scroll to the right. However, when I copy and past this URL for the excel workbook, it downloads the workbook, even though the download option as been disabled, rather than open it on a browser as View. I am not sure what am i not doing right?
This file is an excel file. It's not openable by a web browser, there's no way we would preview it, unless we would choose some 3rd party library.

For our feedback, what sort of preview experience would you envision / expect here? E.g. a google sheets style interface?
