Hello support, My email integrations are not working ( either gmail or microsoft) I am unable to respond to received mails from the website  integrated email and keep getting an error saying "This was a reply to an existing email, but we couldn't find an existing discussion with the email address"

Hi Mope, I'll need some more context here to understand the issue better. Could you provide some screenshots to help clarify when the error is occurring? (E.g. You sent email A, and replied to it with email B).
