how do i get back to the templates i filled out - the window closed and i cant see it - AI locked me down and it doesnt seem to have saved my work

Hey! Sorry to hear that happened. Unfortunately, based on what we know, there isn't a built-in way to restore a previous session or recover unsaved work after a window closes in Decile Hub.

A few things worth trying:
- Check if your browser has a cached version (some browsers let you navigate back through history)
- Check if any of your work was auto-saved by looking at the relevant section in Hub

That said, this is a known pain point and I'd recommend posting in the Hub Support forum so the team can look into your specific case and see if anything can be recovered on the backend. You can reach support at decilehub.com/base/8-hub_support.

Sorry I can't be more helpful here!

Was this helpful?

Mark as solved
Hi Kent, sorry this happened. Can you describe the order of events that took place here? We'd like to improve this so it doesn't happen again, I know how painful losing progress on written work can be.

Were you editing an email template via the pipeline stages page, and some interaction with the AI led to the template editor closing?
where do the inputs to to the thesis generatro get saved
I cnt find where to access them again
Better than just inputs to the chat, you can find the entire previous chat and pick up where you left off on it. If you click "See all AI toolkits available to you" under the "AI Toolkits" button, it will bring you to https://sandycaycapital.decilehub.com/chats/overview

Your latest chats in each of the toolkits are accessible there. So you can click on the chat for the Fund Thesis toolkit, and pick up where you left off previously. Let me know if this is the chat you were looking for, I can find a previous one for you if you need.
